How
to get Away with Murder
I have been reading a
script from the television show “How to get away With Murder”. This story is
about a teacher for the University of Middleton, teaching Criminal Law, her
name is Annalise Keating.
She teaches her students real-life events and what happens in a court room. The
students work on the cases with her and each year she pick four students to
come and join her law firm, but this year she added an extra student; one of
the main characters Wesley Gibbins. He is not the brightest student in class
but he overall tries and she sees a great effort in him so she gives him a
chance. The story flashes back and forth from the future 5 months ahead. In the
future they show the 5 kids that she picked to be on her firm are in trouble and
have killed someone and are trying to get rid of the body. Soon to find out the
person that her students have killed is Annalise’s husband. The quote I have chosen
is “Do you really know who anyone really is”.
This quote really stood out to me because it gave a piece of advice but
also gave the reader something to think about. I have really enjoyed reading a
watching this story unfold. I’m excited to see how it will conclude.

I have been watching this show and love it!!!!!! That quote is perfect to describe a lot more than this script.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a good show and book! Although the book may be a little hard to follow, as you said it goes back and forth between the present and 5 months.
ReplyDelete5 months before*
DeleteI always hate it when stories jump around in time too much. Makes it hard to follow, and if you don't have the whole timeline in your head none of the events that take place make sense.
ReplyDeleteYou keep yelling at me to watch this show. Maybe I'll get around to it, it sounds good.
ReplyDeleteThe quote you chose really does inspire deeper thinking
ReplyDeletei like the detail you put into your post.
ReplyDeleteThat's neat of the flashing back and forth moments.
ReplyDeleteI like that you read scripts, very different.
